Up for auction is a very high quality 14k gold fine Ceylon Pink Sapphire & diamond ring. The ring features a fantastic quality natural rare oval cut pink sapphire, four prong set and flanked by 6 round diamond accent diamonds, prong set on either side of the sapphire. This is not a typical sapphire, this is a very rare and sought after variety due to the deep high end fine pink colouration and high clarity and gem transparency of the stone.  The sapphire is very lively and clean, the clarity is quite clean and certified as SI type 2, very good, especially for sapphire which is typically included by nature, often opaque.  The sapphire has a weight of 1.31ct.  The sapphire is certified as violet reddish pink with strong saturation and medium tone with good cut grade.

The diamond weight adds 0.14ct, with a total gem weight of 1.45cts.  The diamonds are certified GH colour and completely clean to the eye SI2-I1 clarity, adding a bright sparkle to the ring.  This is a wonderful elegant ring setting, featuring lovely feminine design.  This ring makes use of a yellow gold band, with a white gold head to feature the stones.  This ring will arrive accopanied by a professional third party certificate of evaluation, performed by a GIA graduate gemologist, with a listed retail replacement value of $4,500.00 US.

Ring size is USA size 6 3/4 or approximately just shy of UK size O, but can be sized, ring weight is a solid 3.6 grams.
