UK Postage Costs & Terms – Please read carefully before bidding

¼ yard fabric (fq)  .85p

½ yard fabric       £1.20p

Please remember that the totals for postage include the cost of packaging and a modest handling cost e.g. (expenses in getting to the post office). See Ebay Rules. This is included in the first postage charge, subsequent costs for items included in the same package are adjusted. Do not just take into account the price of the stamp when your item arrives. If you do not agree with this it is probably best if you do not buy or bid on my items.

I post daily except for weekends. Items paid for after Friday lunchtime will be posted the following Monday. I will always combine postage costs, so please do not pay for your items immediately but request an amended invoice first. I can then adjust the postage total for you.

International Delivery Charges – Please read carefully before bidding

A German buyer purchased an item on the 8th October then sent me a demanding email Saturday 10th October for her money back. Apparently she has just decided that she doesn’t now want the item. Has not even given it time enough to arrive. The thing is that I posted her order on Friday 9th October (within 1 business day) and have proof of postage from the post office. She has opened a dispute with Paypal. This apparently is not enough to prevent Paypal doing a charge back, as I need a trackable postage service. Now I will not sell outside of the UK without the buyer paying for international signed for delivery. Which is an extra £3.70 on top of the postage charges. It is a shame that this is allowed to happen as it spoils it for other buyers who are genuine, making a bargain not so much a bargain after all ,as my fabric prices are very reasonable. A case of seller beware!!!!
