 You are looking at a 1/4" UNF clevis, for sale in bags of 5 parts. these are plated zinc and yellow, and were manufactured at our Birmingham site. We have plenty of these available should you need larger volumes. Let me know if you need any more dimensional info. The basic dimensions are all 1/4", ie throat width, pin diameter.

They are similar to the clevises in this video, only smaller
