All these plans have been drawn by me, I have 10 years experience in house / extension construction and am a qualified architectural technician. All drawings are saved in a 1:1 scale in modelspace in autocad format, but are very easy to edit with the supplied program - even by a PC novice.

Typically I charge between £400 - £1000 for drawings for an extension - Which would make the drawings on this CD worth thousands!!

Please note that extensions became much more difficult from April 2006 when a big change to the UK building regulations came into effect. From April 2006 ALL extensions must comply with the new thermal efficiency regulations (Part L2B) These drawings are the only available on ebay to comply with the new rules. - BE WARY OF ANYONE SELLING EXTENSION PLANS WITH THE OLD REGULATIONS AS IT WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY BEING REJECTED!
