Goods must be inspected on arrival, any damage (other than the cosmetic damage as per the original advert), must be notified by e-mail along with photographic evidence within 48 hours, under these circumstances a claim will be instigated on your behalf against the couriers. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any other reason, please contact us within 48 hours. The goods will need to be returned at your expense within 7 days of receipt. If the item is found, on our inspection, to be faulty we will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt. Postage will not be refunded unless item is faulty. Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office/courier when you return your goods to ensure you are protected if the parcel goes missing. |
