A beautiful, plywood decorated Dolls House kit in 1/12 scale. £59.99!

This is a lovely, decorated plywood dolls house kit with six rooms. Four main rooms and two attic rooms. Bay windowed house with Veranda and two dormer attic windows.

The house is split front opening and comes complete with two stairs and removable separating walls (you can decide how big each room is). Fully tiled, hinged roof with ready built dormers.

This Kit is very easy to build (slot and screw together) and comes flat packed in ready made panels with all details already completed. Full instructions are included as are the screws.

This is an adult collectors item and is not suitable for children. Thank you for looking.
