The wearable size measured at the center is 0 Gauge (8.0mm). You can expand a smaller piercing to 0 Gauge or 8mm with this item.

2 pieces (One Pair) of 0 Gauge (8.0mm) White Acrylic screw fit on flesh tunnels. The wearable size measured at the centre is 0 Gauge or 8mm. These tunnels screw on the back for a secure fit.
