Payment

Our primary payment method at this moment is Paypal. In the coming weeks we will be in a position to accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.
We have made exceptions in the past and accepted Bank Drafts, Postal Orders, Money Transfers and untraceable hard currency! Should our current payments not suit your particular situation and you really want one of our items like badly talk to us ... we are Human!
It must be stated however we do not accept, IOU's, Monopoly Money, Gold, Oil or Beer as payment for our goods, it's too messy.
We know you want your item yesterday, therefore if you can pay us as quickly as possible we will return the favour and ship your goods, lightning speed.

Shipping

We are mega fast when shipping our customer orders, sometimes same day if we receive your order before 12PM. On ocassion we get a little lazy and and ship orders next business day.
P&P includes, express, insured, registered shipping. Each package is insured for the final value of the sale in addition to shipping costs. If the package gets lost don't worry, that’s our problem. We either refund the payment or send a replacement item, depending on the customer decision. You will not have to wait weeks for us to refund/replace the item ... it will happen immediately guranteed.
Delivery to Ireland is next business day VIA Swift Post, UK 2-3 business days, most other EU countries 3 business days.
All goods are fully insured with online tracking.
We can combine shipping charges for multiple items - contact us, in general you pay for shipping on one item only ... the others are free, unless you buy everything in our store - then we need to make a custom deal.
An additional option is available for economy shipping (not recommended), if you want to save around 60% on our current shipping charges you can opt to have your item sent with standard post - in this case insurance, tracking and accurate delivery times are not available, the customer also takes full responsibility if the item is lost or stolen as we cannot recover our costs using this method.

Returns

Sometimes people buy stuff they don't like, sometimes stuff breaks. For this reason we created a simplistic Formosa return policy:
Don't like it? Sent it Back for a (Kinda) full Refund.
It's Broken? Sent if Back for a full Refund.
Returns are accepted on all items regardless of reason! (But please send the merchandise back in the same condition you received it).
We would sincerly appreciate the item return within 10 Business days of receipt, otherwise it goes out of fashion and we cannot re-sell it.
We will refund 100% of the item cost and shipping charge if the reason for the return is our fault (Broken, Incorrect Item etc.). 
All other reasons such as sizing etc will result in item value refund only; shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Formosa Fashion understands that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. For that reason we have created a return policy that is both fair and compliant with our legal obligations under distance selling regulations set out in the Republic of Ireland.

Order Cancellation 

Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that you receive the product.

During the cooling-off period, the customer may cancel any order without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than charges incurred in returning the goods.

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted, however, in the following cases:

The goods cannot be returned because they were made according to the consumer's specifications 
The goods are Underwear/Swimwear or any other product that would be reasonably deemed unhygienic to return. 
Electronic gift vouchers cannot be cancelled 
Returns Policy

Customers may return any product if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase for a full refund or a replacement item once the goods have been returned in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase.

Please download our (returns form) and complete with your order number, product information, reason for return and preferred resolution, IE: Refund / Exchange.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure your returned product reaches us, Formosa Fashion therefore recommends you use a registered postal/courier service with insurance in the event your item is lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team, quoting your order number, product information and detail of the fault for advice on how to proceed with your return.

Note: Deliberate attempts to damage goods in order to circumvent our Returns Policy will be detected and subsequently rejected as a result. Your account may also be cancelled preventing you from shopping with Formosa Fashion in the future. Genuinely faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item from Formosa Fashion, please contact our Customer Services team, quoting your order number, product information and your preferred resolution, IE: Refund / Exchange.

Incorrect items may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items falling outside our returns policy or items that are returned to us after ten days will not be entitled to a refund.

Explicit Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Custom made goods, made specifically for an individual customer 
Underwear/Swimwear or any other product that would be reasonably deemed unhygienic to return, such Jewelry etc.

Important Notes

Any item that is soiled, stained or damaged will not be refunded. 
Our perception of soiled includes, the excessive odour of perfume, alcohol, smoke and or chemical substances that may prevent us from reselling an item. 
Our perception of stained includes, makeup, false tan or any other liquid or material substance that requires dry cleaning to remove. 
All price and ‘do not remove’ tags must still be attached to the item. 
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a maximum of 30 Days from receipt of return.
