Technical

Our customer technical helpline is available should you require assistance assembling the bike. Cycle is supplied with an owners manual which contains maintenance and service details. Assembly typically involves inserting the handlebar assembly, seat and post and front wheel, and tightening the fixings for these parts, a general safety check and operation check on gears, brakes etc is needed before first riding. Please have assembled by a local bike shop if you are unsure you can do it properly.

2 year frame/fork, 12 month parts, manufacturers warranty (please note - this does not cover wear and tear items such as tyres, tubes, brake blocks, etc, misuse related damage, or damage caused by incorrect assembly prior to riding).
