Q: What are the first three digits of the mobile number and why can't I select these too?
A:
These are 075, 077, 078, 079 - These are compulsory and decided by
OFTEL, the Government Regulatory Body for the telecommunications
industry. Many
“Call Divert” Numbers are often mis-sold as proper mobile numbers when
in fact they are not. These numbers begin 070 and are not only very
costly to operate but have a limited range of functions.
Q: I would like to purchase a Custom Number from you, how do I know that I will be able to use the number?
A:
All of the Gold Numbers we supply can be used successfully with all of
the Network Service Providers in the UK. These include O2 / Orange /
T-Mobile / Vodafone / 3 / Virgin / Tesco.
Q: Does it matter if I am a Pay As You Go customer, or do I have to be a contract customer with a monthly bill?
A:
No is the simple answer. Whether you choose to pre-pay for your
airtime as a Pay As You Go customer or opt to pay a bill every month as
a contract customer, all of our Gold Numbers will work perfectly
regardless.
Q:
What if, after I purchase my Custom Number, I wish to change to
another Network Service Provider or change my billing tariff?
A:
No problem. Owning a Gold Number as with any mobile number, you are
still free to change networks, change tariff or contract, upgrade to a
new handset or change from Pay As You Go to Contract or vice versa.
Simply remember to inform the network or store involved that you wish
to retain your Gold Number. Once purchased you will be able to enjoy

Q: What is a PAC Code?
A:
A Porting Authority Code (or PAC as it is commonly referred to) is the
code required to allow you to move a mobile telephone number from one
network service provider to another or in certain instances, from Pay
As You Go to Contract or vice versa, within the same network.
