All items posted within the UK are sent by Recorded Delivery and tracking information retained. For any items being shipped outside the UK, where the optional insurance is not purchased, I will not have tracking information available and therefore can offer little assistance if the order goes missing. For this reason, on orders over a certain size I may insist on the items being posted with insurance.
