Really nice example of the second generation A4 Avant SE, the car is finished in the rare combination of Metallic Canvas with Light Beige herringbone interior. This gives the car a very fresh and airy but sophisticated look and is very refreshing from the usual charcoal interior.

 

 

Being an SE spec this car benefits from a really impressive specification and the 2.0 engine is very refined and reliable while still being very frugal and low on emissions. Also, the second generation A4 has some substantial improvements over the original and has superb manners and benefits from better interior space.

 

 

The car drives absolutely perfectly with really light but positive feel and refinement, everything working and feeling exactly as it should. The engine pulls really well with plenty of power and braking perfectly, no rattles or squeaks. This is exactly as you would expect from quality German engineering.

 

 

Equipment wise it has lots of sensible standard kit with SE specification not really leaving any room for extras. However this car has the very desirable electric tilt/slide sunroof which again floods the light and airy cabin with sunlight and adds nicely to the dual climate control when necessary.

Having only 2 previous owners and low miles at 75000 for an Audi, mechanically everything is very much as it should be. The car on board service indicator is showing 5500 miles to next service and the scheduled cam-belt is not due until 115000 miles.
