Ladies - We understand that the used car environment tends to be dominated by gents - if you prefer to talk to a female member of staff  about the vehicle, or would like the hand over to be performed by a lady either call or drop us an email and we will arrange this. So why buy from us?

The main point? We advertise as trade vehicle sales, so you are buying from a reputable company just the same as a franchised dealer. If you buy from a private person or a car dealer that is not registered your rights are limited. Test drive, viewing before auction close?

Yes, please do and appreciate the vehicle - we are open 9am till 9pm 7 days a week and can accommodate an extensive viewing and test drive at any time to suit you.

Retail, private, auction?

All the vehicles we offer for sale are retail cars, in other words they are exactly the same as you would find at a franchised dealer. They are not private "trade in" vehicles or vehicles dealers would not want.

Where do they come from?

We buy vehicles in bulk from a number of sources including companies, fleets, banks, etc. We buy up to 50 vehicles a month and most are sent to the car trade. The best examples are hand picked by us and offered for sale via eBay. Out of every 50 vehicles we buy only 1 or 2 make the required grade for us to offer them here.

Yes, this is available. We have a range of options available and we can often help where others can't. We can arrange finance if you have CCJ's, bad debt or poor credit history. Full written details are available on request.

Are the cars fully checked?

All vehicles we offer for sale are thoroughly checked with HPI services. The things they check include-

- Mileage register check

- Subject to an insurance claim

We do not sell (or buy) any vehicle that is shown to have any of the points above.

Where do you deliver to?

Anywhere in the UK mainland (which includes England, Scotland and Wales) and Ireland (Eire).

What do you need to export to Ireland?

Your Irish VAT number

A purchase order showing the vehicle and registration number

The purchase order must show the name address and VAT number and date of departure

Delivery address

Copy of your business letter headed paper

Details of the route taken back to Ireland

Copy of the tickets used (i.e. Ferry tickets etc)

If you are using a haulage company we will need their name, address and registration.

VAT (Value added tax)?

Included in the price. Southern Irish buyers may not have to pay the VAT element. This depends on whether the car is VAT qualifying. Contact us for further details.

Why sell on eBay?

Cost and low overheads. We buy nearly 250 vehicles a month for a number of franchised dealers and out of that we pick the absolute best to offer here. Out of 250 we normally only choose 1 or 2 that meet the high specification and condition we require.

Maximum car for the minimum money

A couple of recommendations are you buy a "High mileage, one owner vehicle with full service history" and "Avoid heavy depreciation" by selecting a vehicle around 2 or 3 years old. We can confirm this is definitely the best strategy, and fortunately it is what we normally sell!

Why are only up to 20 cars on sale each month?

Simple really, both directors insist on driving each individual vehicle and inspecting it thoroughly. They will not put their name or company name to any vehicle they are not entirely happy with. We could offer the 50 vehicles a month we supply to garages and franchised dealers, but that would mean we spend less time on each vehicle ensuring you are getting exactly what we describe. We believe this is the main reason we continue to receive good feedback from our customers.

Processed via PayPal, you do not need or have to sign up for a PayPal account to pay the deposit.

Simply select the amount of road tax required and click the "Pay Deposit" button (Road tax will be added at cost price to the overall total on delivery or collection, not during the deposit stages) You will be directed to the PayPal website. This is not for the balance, only the deposit.

We require a £300 deposit paid within 3 days of sale closure. The balance must then be paid within 7 days of the deposit.

Bankers drafts or building society cheques can be presented at time of collection or delivery but we will require this to be during normal banking hours and you will need to confirm the issuing bank and telephone number. (We have to verify with the bank the draft is correct)

Delivery

Mainland UK or further by request. 99p per mile plus £17.85 -  Delivery must be paid in advance. It can be paid by PayPal, Nochex or direct bank transfer.

Collection

Collection is free of charge and a local pick up service is provided at no cost from local rail, air and coach stations.  We are located in Birmingham, West Midlands (M6 J7).

Viewing/Test drive

Anytime to suit you, we can even bring the car to you (there is a cost for bringing the car to your home or work).
