- Not be resized, used or damaged in any way.
- Have all original labels and the tags affixed. All jewelry labels and tags must not be removed replaced or altered in an way.

In the rare case that this may happen and the customer accepts the replacement we will ship the item free of charge.

We assume no liability with regard to any action taken as a result of this appraisal.
