0.20 Carat Round Brilliant-cut Diamond Solitaire and 9ct Gold Ring

 

This is a charming diamond solitaire ring.

It is set with a beautiful sparkling round brilliant-cut diamond, weighing 0.20 carat.  This diamond is of approximate colour H and clarity VS.  It is a natural, earth-mined stone.  It measures 4mm in diameter (not including the claws). 

The ring is made of solid, fully-hallmarked 9ct gold.  The setting is made of white gold to compliment the whiteness of the diamond.  The setting measures 6.5mm in height.  The band measures 2mm in width.  It is currently a UK size K (USA size 5 1/2), although it could easily be re-sized by your local jeweller, if necessary. 

This ring is in good condition.  Some points...  There is a tiny chip on the diamond's table.  The band has gone out of shape and needs to be rounded-up.  The setting could do with some rhodium-plating (standard proceedure on all white gold jewellery).  The ring does have some scratches on it.  All these minor faults (apart from the chip on the diamond) could be rectified very easily by your local jeweller.  The ring will come in a good quality, velvet-lined jewellery presentation box.
